According to the study, home-based high-intensity interval training is as effective as 150 minutes of exercise and lab-based cycling.

Nowadays, most young people take the help of a gym to stay fit, and for that, they spend a lot of money, so many times you must have heard from the elders of the house that ‘There were no gyms in our time, so are we not fit today?’ However, there is some logic in this sentence. Decades ago, people did not resort to any gym or trainer to stay fit; They are more fit and healthy than today’s generation.

Your parents and grandparents have done a natural diet and fitness training at home to keep themselves fit. Do you want to know how! They probably didn’t have a machine or a treadmill but walked several miles to get to work. Maybe not everybody’s grandparent has done it, but most of them followed the same regime.

If you do not have time to go to the gym due to busyness, you can always work out at home with minimal to no equipment. You can do push-ups, squats, skipping, or you can go for a cycle ride. Choose whatever you like and stick to the plan.
