Industry and business are necessary for the economic development of any country. Apart from these, there is a business term called ‘Entrepreneurship’ that we will be discussing here in detail.

Definition:

In simple terms, Entrepreneurship means an action taken by an individual to establish his business. It is a creative and innovative response to the world, which also means when a risk taker like an entrepreneur or entrepreneur tries to start a new business and make it successful.

The other definition is someone who sets up a new business and bears most of the risks. Thus the process of setting up a business is known as entrepreneurship. One can see an entrepreneur as an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services, and business or processes.

Entrepreneurship is the act of being an entrepreneur, the owner or manager of a business venture, who, with risk and innovation, seeks to make a profit. It can also be defined as below.

Entrepreneurs are known as the source of new ideas, or someone who brings new ideas to market by replacing old ones with new inventions. Thus small or domestic businesses can be set up as multinational companies.

Importance:

1.) The importance of entrepreneurship is the creation of new employment opportunities, innovation, and improvement in the economy.

2.) With this, people get new products and services, which encourages the development of social welfare.

3.) Behind entrepreneurship lies an action-oriented and highly motivated individual who is always ready to achieve goals.

4.) They play their part in bringing the economy and society to a state of progress and prosperity.

5.) They contribution to every economy of the world.

6.) Entrepreneurship firms create new job opportunities. Small Enterprises are the only sector that generates new jobs year after year.

7.) It is the implementation and commercialization of innovations. The economy gets new enterprises, products, technology, markets, good quality, etc., which increases the GDP and standard of living of the people.

8.) Entrepreneurship leads to greater sustainability and higher quality of community life.
